We are looking for a Sales Manager
To manage the day-to-day running of the Sales Floor, keeping our fantastic sales teams aligned and to drive execution at pace.
This isn’t a CEO or MD role – we already have the vision, the plan and the roadmap! We need a powerhouse operator to bring it to life.
So what does this role involve?
You will be at the heart of our business. Our eyes and ears.
Part of our ‘Operation Transformed’ team, reporting directly to the directors.
You will be running the sales teams day-to-day – the go-to person, ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Ensuring goals are met – leading by example – making sales directly – always present when needed.
Organising training, ensuring health & safety compliance and being accountable.
Who is the right fit for this role?
A calm, organised operator – structure, clarity and execution are key.
Not just a manager but a leader – someone who commands respect.
No ego – all action – this is about getting things done.
The Rewards?
Pay will be commensurate with the importance of this role.
