Online Return & Refund Policy

Can I return an item ordered online?

If you are not happy with your online purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. All goods for return must be in their original packaging and unused.

Special/custom order goods cannot be returned due to their custom nature. All cancelled orders are subject to an 18% re-stocking charge. (Unless done so within 3 working days of placing order). 

If you need to return an item to us, you are responsible for arranging delivery of the item back to us in the same new condition. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue the refund, which may take a number of days to reach you.

Online delivery times

Estimated delivery times are given in good faith. From time to time some slippage may occur for a variety of reasons. No liability can be accepted on behalf of McDermotts House Furnishers Ltd for unforeseen delays.
